Ingredients

Cornmeal
1 recipe for Homemade Pizza Dough
125 ml (1/2 cup) pizza sauce
125 ml (1/2 cup) ricotta cheese
125 ml (1/2 cup) diced feta cheese
250 ml (1 cup) grated mozzarella cheese


Preparation

1. With the rack in the lowest position, preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).

2. Sprinkle a little cornmeal on the hot pizza stone and pizza peel. Roll out the dough into two 23-cm (9-inch) crusts.

3. Evenly spread the sauce and cheeses. Slide the pizza on the pizza stone. Bake for about 20 minutes.


TIPS: If you like goat or blue cheese, replace the feta cheese by one of these two cheeses.

Freezes well.

Cooking time: 20 min
Output: 2 23-cm (9-inch) pizzas
