From the exterior, numerous cantilevering sets the eclectic tone, whilst the organic hillside setting gives additional dimension, not to mention impeccable views from the sloped terrain.</p><br/><img alt="screen shot at Temple Hills Residence – Laguna Beach By Schola Architecture dream home building " height="332" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/screen-shot-at_________________________________________________________________________________________________________.png" title="chictip-Temple Hills Residence-Laguna Beach-Schola Architecture " width="500" /><br/><p>Living regions are set upon multilevel platforms, but still open up to each and every other although retaining daylight and supplying ventilation. Exposed medium-wood beam ceilings throughout resound with the home’s original 1950s vibe, even though adding a degree of warmth to the modern day spaces. Following that colour tone, different golds, yellows and browns–including varying species of wood-on-wood accents–make appearances throughout cabinetry, walls, furnishings and decor.</p><br/><img alt="screen shot at Temple Hills Residence – Laguna Beach By Schola Architecture dream home building " height="700" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/screen-shot-at__________________________________________________________________________________________________________.png" title="chictip-Temple Hills Residence-Laguna Beach-Schola Architecture " width="466" /><br/><p>The interiors are derived of concrete, wood, steel and glass and 1 zone specifically exemplifies this elemental mix. By way of a couple of methods, this space descends upon the living room, which is fitted with modular shelving and sofas resting upon a multi-colored accent rug. The walk-in shower is incredible, with a pivoting glass door which opens to a little, private stone courtyard.</p><br/><img alt="screen shot at Temple Hills Residence – Laguna Beach By Schola Architecture dream home building " height="277" src="http://www.decoradvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/screen-shot-at______________________________________________________________________________________________________________.png" title="chictip-Temple Hills Residence-Laguna Beach-Schola Architecture " width="500" /><br/><p>Plentiful glazing, like skylights, on this second story makes it possible for these spaces to feel airy.
