Stockholm design team Andréason & Leibel forwarded these photos of their Hedonist Pouf, a take on their porcelain Hedonist Skulls collection, shown in Milan earlier this year. Hedonist Pouf—comprised of a styrofoam core, upholstered by hand, and featuring the very same Dazzle camouflage graphic pattern that looked so striking in porcelain—will debut next week at the Maison & Objet Paris. Explains Kristian Andréason, “Once we had the porcelain skulls in our hand the pouf was practically as a organic evolution—it wanted to be made. And now it sort of inhabits the atmosphere it is place in.” We suspect that there will be more poufs to come.
